Canadian windows are produced with higher quality standards than US windows due to the climate that they have to endure. They have thicker glass, better seals and heavier extrusions and thus test with higher R Values for warmth and durability.
Lifetime Warranty: With our North Star windows having such high quality standards, North Star is able to offer you a lifetime warranty on all parts, labor and glass for as long as you own your home. We feel this gives you the added security and comfort of knowing this is one area of your home you won't have to worry about.

Installation: We also offer installation for our builders and customers in new construction and replacement windows and doors. We guaranty all of our work and have plenty of great satisfied customers for references.

​Final Inspections: Builders, when you get your final punch list, let us know and we will go through all of the windows and doors to make sure they are working properly, and provide you with all of the warranty paperwork for your customer. ​Self Cleaning Glass: Our self cleaning glass is made by a special process so the active properties are an integral part of the surface of the glass itself that breaks down, loosens, and gradually dissolves dirt, soil, tree sap, and resin. This self cleaning glass causes water to sheet on the glass, so dirt rinses away cleanly, without the kind of spotting and streaking you get with ordinary glass. In dry weather, just a quick squirt with a hose is usually more than enough to get your windows looking like new again!
